Kelly Tobler B.Comm, AACI, P.APP

Kelly grew up in small-town Alberta and has been based in Lloydminster since high school. She completed the collaborate program between Lakeland College and Athabasca University and received her Bachelor of Commerce with Great Distinction. She joined Atlas Appraisals in 2012 and worked towards her AACI designation all while taking additional educational courses, and raising a young family. Kelly is known for her sharp attention to detail and her commitment to delivering accurate, client-focused valuations. She prides herself on leading with integrity and honesty.

Gerry Gehlen, AACI, P.App.

Gerry is a prairie boy, born and raised in Saskatchewan, who spent 25 years serving with the RCMP before embarking on a second career in real estate appraisal. His strong aptitude for numbers, economics, and analytical thinking led him to obtain his AACI designation in near record time. He founded Atlas Appraisal Services in 2007 and has been serving clients across Alberta and Saskatchewan ever since. He is now living and serving in the Rocky Mountain House, AB area and enjoys more complex unique appraisal work. Gerry has given expert witness testimony many times, and has never had his work successfully disputed.

Wendy Sydoruk B.Comm, AACI, P.APP

Wendy grew up in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan and has called Lloydminster home since 1997. She holds a Diploma in Appraisal and Assessment from Lakeland College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Athabasca University. She joined Atlas Appraisal Services in 2009 and earned her AACI designation in 2014, all while raising a family and being continually involved in her community. Wendy specializes in residential properties in Lloydminster and the surrounding area, and has been an active member of the Kinette Club of Lloydminster for many years.
