Our team regularly completes agricultural appraisals for buy/sell transactions, estate settlements, government purchases, and expropriation. We handle everything from straightforward farmland, to complex properties influenced by surface lease income, sub-division potential, or residential improvements.

LITIGATION SUPPORT

RESERVE FUND STUDIES

Our appraisers are highly experienced in litigation-related valuations including divorce, foreclosure, civil disputes, expropriation, and surface rights matters. We also provide appraisal review services and expert witness testimony. Appraiser Gerry Gehlen has extensive court experience in both Alberta and Saskatchewan and has never had his work successfully disputed.

A Reserve Fund Study is a required financial document for condominium developments in Alberta under the Condominium Property Act. It provides a sustainable financial plan for maintaining major common property components. All of our appraisers have additional education and the credentials to complete Reserve Fund Studies.
