Kelly Tobler B.Comm, AACI, P.APP

Kelly grew up in small-town Alberta and has been based in Lloydminster since high school. After working in the oil and gas industry for over five years, she returned to full-time studies and graduated from Athabasca University with a Bachelor of Commerce with Great Distinction in 2013. She joined Atlas Appraisals and received her AACI designation in February 2022, becoming the firm's fourth commercially designated appraiser. Kelly is known for her sharp attention to detail and her commitment to delivering accurate, client-focused valuations.

Gerry Gehlen, AACI, P.App.

Gerry is a prairie boy, born and raised in Saskatchewan, who spent 25 years serving with the RCMP before embarking on a second career in real estate appraisal. His strong aptitude for numbers, economics, and analytical thinking led him to obtain his AACI designation in near record time. He founded Atlas Appraisal Services in 2007 and has been serving clients across Alberta and Saskatchewan ever since. A devoted community contributor, Gerry received a provincial award for community service in 1989 and continues to give back wherever he can.

Wendy Sydoruk B.Comm, AACI, P.APP

Wendy grew up in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan and has called Lloydminster home since 1997. She holds a Diploma in Appraisal and Assessment from Lakeland College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Athabasca University. She joined Atlas Appraisal Services in 2009 and earned her AACI designation in 2014. Wendy specializes in residential and agricultural properties in Lloydminster and the surrounding area, and is an active member of the Kinette Club of Lloydminster.
