Wendy Sydoruk was born and raised in the small town of Spiritwood, Saskatchewan. After high school she moved around a little and worked in different fields in Inuvik NWT, and in Saskatoon SK. She moved to Lloydminster in the summer of 1997 and started work at the Bea Fisher Centre.
In 2002 she decided to further her education and earned a diploma in Appraisal and Assessment from Lakeland College. Wendy worked for a while then decided to go back to school again. In the spring of 2008, she graduated with an Advanced Business Diploma from Lakeland College and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Athabasca. After taking a year off for maternity leave Wendy started working at Atlas Appraisal Services in May of 2009 and in June of 2014 achieved her goal of earning the AACI designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). Wendy works primarily with residential and agricultural properties in Lloydminster and surrounding area.
Wendy is married to Jeff and they have three children. The oldest is a lawyer in Saskatoon and they have recently welcomed a daughter-in law to the family. The younger children are in middle school and high school in Lloydminster. Wendy has been actively involved with the Kinette Club of Lloydminster and enjoys giving back to the community.
